Sarita and Leeann were so professional, friendly and accommodating they made a stressful situation so much more tolerable. The apartment was very clean and all appliances well maintained and in top working condition . The maintenance person( I'm sorry , I cannot recall his name) responded immediately to a request . The only problem is that people are not picking up their dogs poops.

Overall, the community is well kept, well maintained, easy access to major highways, it has everything you could want. I would recommend the apartments for being in close proximity to everything. The location is convenient, the grounds are well kept, it is a small quiet community and was perfect for me. Had it not been for the increase in rent and my wanting a little more room, I would not even have considered moving. It is the perfect gem, nestled right off the road yet convenient to everything.

Aside from our friendly neighbors, and beautiful town home, I think our favorite part of Brook View is that it is a garden-style community. Town homes, both interior and exterior, have all been recently updated. The interior of our two-story town home has crown molding, a gas fireplace, hard-wood lament floors, and carpeting in the bedrooms. Every home has its own front door and small garden.

The main issue we had was that my fiancé and I lived in a two-bedroom with a roommate, and my fiancé and I decided we wanted to get our own place, since we were planning to be getting married soon. Since we were comfortable here, we decided to look into one-bedroom apartments. Turns out they were more expensive than the three of us had been paying for the two-bedroom we were renting. The reason we had a roommate in the first place was for financial reasons, so that was obviously out of the question.
Although my fiance, and I will (sadly!) be moving away from the South Jersey area this summer, it's not because we wouldn't love to stay here at Brook View. We will truly miss living here, and we highly recommend at least taking a quick tour of our lovely little community. I understand why it says to call for pricing for most apartments... If you're embarrassed about asking for such a high amount, maybe you should ask for less ;) Honestly though, it felt like a very safe community, and the staff was friendly and very helpful with any issues. Sometimes loud kids would be playing outside, but that's normal anywhere, really. Also, due to the placement of the panel to open the gates, food delivery drivers would get confused, like, 70% of the time, even if you give them very specific instructions.
While rent is higher than some other places, it's worth every penny for the sense of community alone. Brook View Apartment Homes has 3 shopping centers within 0.6 miles, which is about a 12-minute walk. Chain and local restaurants, parks and green space, movie theaters, retail stores, grocery stores, and more lie in Marlton, New Jersey. The convenience of this small town is a factor in its popularity with its residents. This area is very family-friendly with access to parks and play centers like Pump It Up.
